Loaded four rolls into the 1150mL tank, plus two more into a 500mL tank, inside daylight changing bag. Pre-soaked film for ~5 minutes. During the pre-soak, mixed 18mL/9mL Rodinal (4.5mL/roll) in distilled water to ~800mL / 400mL. Poured developer in at 12:19/12:23pm, then topped off with distilled water. Agitated 40x over the first minute, then not at all afterwards. All agitations are half-agitations, gently (i.e., gently twisting to a 90-degree inversion, then gently back). I have no way to cool the chemicals at the moment, so development happened at 80℉ today.

After two hours, disposed of developer, rinsed in ~80 degree tap water. Fixed for 6 minutes, agitating 10x/minute (that’s now 16 rolls from this batch of fixer). Reclaimed fixer and rinsed for ten minutes in tap water, then emptied tank, added a few drops of Photo-Flo, filled tank with mixed tap and distilled water (I was had too little distilled left to just use that) and agitated 20x, and hung negatives vertically to dry.
