Another caffenol stand development pair. I’m on a roll with this stuff today! Both are Tri-X 400 at box speed.

Caffenol C-L: mixed only 500mL: 8g washing soda, 5g ascorbic acid powder, 3g iodized table salt, 20g Folgers instant coffee, in that order, dissolving each completely before adding the next. Prewet in tap water at ~68 degrees for ~10 minutes, then poured out water and poured in developer. Agitated 10x over first 15 seconds, then let sit. Swirled gently six times with 30 minutes remaining, then let sit. Rinse as with previous batch, then fix in Ilford Rapid Fixer 1+4 (replenished with 90mL new fixer +360mL water, per instructions), 7 minutes, agitate 10x at beginning, then 5x over 10 seconds at top of each minute.

Note that 1069 and 1070 were labeled out of order: 1070 was shot first, then 1069. The mislabeling apparently occurred at the Still museum. Or perhaps due to an error in accurately recording the relative locations of film rolls in this very journal right here. By the time the error was discovered, the archival sheets had already been written. Nevertheless, they are just ID numbers; let it stand.
