• Roll 1089: Parker and Aurora in the snow. Visit to Alfred Packer’s grave in Aurora. Cats.
  • Roll 1073: Trip to California. Roll damaged during development.

Both Ilford Pan-F+, exposed at box speed of 50. Each on 35mm roll in 120 tank. Roll 1089 on top, 1073 on the bottom.

Water bath at 68 degrees, ~30 min. Full tank (~500mL) Ilfosol 3 mixed 1+14 at 68 Fahrenheit, 4.5 minutes, 10 agitations over 20 seconds at the top of every minute. Rinse in tap water, fixed in Ilford Rapid Fixer 1+4, 5 minutes at 60, agitated 10x over 15 seconds at the top of every minute. Rinsed in tap water at 68 Fahrenheit, ~13 minutes.

1073 was loaded incorrectly and has many unusable, undeveloped frames. Many other frames don’t look so great, either. 1089 has moments of moderately severe underexposure, too. Not surprising for ISO 50 film I tried to press into general usage, I guess, but some of the frames are pretty and graceful.

Initially believed 1089 to be 1084 because the ID number on the side of the case had become smudged.
